What products can be redeemed when using a gift card?: A recipient can redeem their favorite item, subjected to availability upon order. <br>If the item price exceeds amount of the gift card, the recepient will pay the excess amount for it.
Are there expiration dates for eGift?: The expiration date is stated on the ticket screen, please confirm it before visiting to outlets.
Is there any registration required by the reciepient to use eGift?: No app, no registrations are required.
Can I cancel and get a refund after the purchase of eGift?: If the payment is competed, your purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Will there be change returned if purchase amount is less than the gift card amount?: Please note that no change will be given.
What kind of payment method do you accept?: Credit card and bank transfer is available.

Can I purchase Big Apple eGift through any devices?: The eGift can only be purchased through PC and smartphones.

Can I purchase multiple eGift at once?: Only one eGift can be purchased at a time.

What kind of payment method is available?: Credit card, bank transfer and e-wallet (Boost, WechatPay, 7-Eleven Cash Retail) are available.

What is a "promo code"?: A promo code is a code which can be used to subsidise an eGift purchase.

Can I purchase Big Apple eGift at the outlet?: The eGift can ONLY be purchased online.

Can I view the Big Apple eGift through any PC/smartphones?: The eGift can be viewed ONLY through PC and smartphones.

Is there any expiry date for Big Apple eGift?: The expiry date of the eGift is 90 days from the date of purchase. The expiry date is stated on the ticket screen, please ensure ticket's validity before redemption.

Will I know if the receiver used the Big Apple eGift card or not?: You cannot confirm the status of the eGift card you sent.

Where can the Big Apple eGift be redeemed at?: It can be redeemed at ALL Big Apple outlets in Malaysia.

Can I cancel and get refund after the purchase of Big Apple eGift?: Once the payment is completed, your purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded.

I made a mistake with my e-mail address and did not receive the receipt email. Can you resend the mail to the correct email address?: We are unable to resend emails regarding confirmation of order. Please contact the support desk at cs.my@giftee.co with your "Order ID", which is displayed upon completion of purchase to confirm your order.

I have closed the page which showed the eGift URL before I sent the gift. How can I send the eGift in this case?: You can reaccess the eGift card URL at the "Your Orders" tab and resend it.

Do I need to send the eGift card immediately after purchase?: As long as you keep the egift card URL, you may send the eGift card anytime after purchase. However, please note that the expiry date of the eGift will be 3 months from the date of purchase, not the date sent.

What is Big Apple eGift?: Big Apple eGift is an online gift card service where you can send "Big Apple Voucher Gift cards" to ANYONE at ANYTIME ONLINE via social media like WhatsApp, Messenger or Email. Recipient will open the URL through a Mobile Browser and able to redeem at outlets.

Is there any registration required by the user to use Big Apple eGift?: No app to install and no registration are required.

Can I view the Big Apple eGift card through any devices?: The gift card can be viewed ONLY through PC and smartphones.
